Privacy Policy — Browser Extensions

This Privacy Policy covers the Chrome browser extensions published under the SwiftLayer developer account (Tyler Francis), including but not limited to GrailAlert, CraigsAlert, EtsyAlert, DepopAlert, LocalDen, PropGrade, ShopGuard, Airbnb Host Calculator, Yelp Review Sorter, Craigslist Scam Detector, MercariAlert, PoshAlert, Facebook Marketplace Scam Detector, ResellerLedger, ClaudeCap, ClaudeShield, PropFirm Drawdown Guard, KicksAlert, OfferAlert, and TikTok Shop Companion. These extensions share the same basic architecture and data practices described below.

1. What data these extensions collect

These extensions are single-purpose tools that run entirely in your browser. They do not require an account, do not use analytics or tracking scripts, and do not sell or share your data with any third party.

• Locally stored data — settings, saved searches, scan history, and similar app state are stored using Chrome's local storage API (chrome.storage.local) on your own device. This data is never transmitted anywhere unless the extension's own description says otherwise (for example, a one-click order-capture feature that reads data already visible on the page you're viewing).
• Active tab / page content — extensions that scan or read the page you're currently viewing (for example, checking a listing for scam signals, or reading a sale confirmation) use Chrome's activeTab and content-script permissions to read only the page you have open. This happens locally in your browser and is not sent to us.

2. What data leaves your browser

The only data any of these extensions sends off your device is a license key, and only when you activate a paid "Pro" tier. That request goes to our own license-verification endpoint at propfirmpinescripts.com/api/extension/verify and is used solely to confirm your subscription is valid. No browsing history, page content, or personal data is included in that request.

3. Payments

Paid ("Pro") tiers are billed through Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details — Stripe handles payment processing directly under its own privacy policy.

4. Data retention and deletion

Locally stored data stays on your device until you clear it yourself (via the extension's own settings, or by removing the extension, which deletes its local storage automatically). We do not retain a copy of it elsewhere.

5. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of an extension after a change means you accept the update.
