This Privacy Policy explains how Prop Firm Pine Scripts ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit propfirmpinescripts.com or make a purchase.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to create your account, process your order, and deliver your product:

• Email address — provided at checkout, when you create an account, or when you request a free script. Used to deliver your product, send order and subscription confirmations, provide support, and send occasional product emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• TradingView username — provided by you when you purchase or set up your account. We use it for one thing: to manually grant your TradingView account invite-only access to the private script you purchased. We do not receive your TradingView password and we have no access to your TradingView account.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We can see the limited transaction and subscription data Stripe shows us, such as the amount, date, status, and last four digits.
• Subscription status — which plan you're on and whether it's active, so we know whether your script access should remain in place.
• Custom strategy survey responses — collected if you submit the Custom Build survey, used solely to build your strategy.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To fulfil your order — including granting your TradingView username invite-only access to the script you purchased, and delivering any free script or setup guide by email.
• To manage your account and subscription, and to notify you about billing, access, or changes to a product you use.
• To respond to support enquiries sent to our email address.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party providers to run this service. Each one only receives the data it needs to do its job, and none of them receive your data for their own marketing purposes.

Stripe — We use Stripe to process payments and manage subscriptions. Stripe may collect and store payment and identity data in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. Stripe never shares your full card details with us.

Vercel — Our website is hosted on Vercel. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be collected by Vercel. See the Vercel Privacy Policy.

Supabase — Our accounts database is hosted on Supabase. It stores your email address, your TradingView username, and your subscription status so we can maintain your account and your script access. See the Supabase Privacy Policy.

Google (Gmail) — All of our email — order confirmations, script delivery, support replies, and product updates — is sent through a Gmail account, which means your email address and the contents of those messages pass through and are stored on Google's servers. See the Google Privacy Policy.

TradingView — We do not send your personal data to TradingView. We use the TradingView username you give us to add your existing TradingView account to a private script from within our own TradingView account. Your use of TradingView itself is governed by their own Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain your email address, TradingView username, and order information for as long as you have an account or an active subscription, and afterwards for as long as necessary to comply with financial record-keeping requirements (typically 7 years). Custom strategy survey data is retained until your build is delivered. You can ask us to delete your data at any time under Section 5, subject to those record-keeping obligations.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. To make a request, email us at support@propfirmpinescripts.com.

6. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Stripe may set cookies as part of the payment flow.

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
