Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are between

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Prop Firm Pine Scripts ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of propfirmpinescripts.com. They cover the website, your account, the free scripts we give away, and every paid subscription or one-time build you purchase from us.

By creating an account, submitting your email for a free script, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site and don't buy anything.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use this service.

2. What you're actually buying

You are buying access to a private TradingView script — not a copy of the code, and not ownership of it.

• Paid strategies and indicators are invite-only on TradingView. We never email you the source code for a paid tier.
• After you purchase, we manually add your TradingView username to the private script. This is normally done within 24 hours of purchase for subscription tiers, and within 3–5 business days for a Custom Strategy Build.
• You accept the invite from your TradingView notifications, and the script appears in your Invite-Only Scripts list. You can then add it to your charts.
• Access is tied to the TradingView username you give us. It is for your personal use on your own charts and your own trading accounts.

Free scripts (for example, the Gold Pivot Signals indicator) are delivered as open Pine Script source by email. Those are given away deliberately and are covered by Section 5 rather than the invite-only rules above.

3. Your licence, and what you may not do with it

While your subscription is active (or, for a Custom Strategy Build, on an ongoing basis after delivery), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the script for your own trading — on as many of your own charts, brokerage accounts, and prop firm evaluations as you like.

You may not:

• Resell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, or give away the script, the code, or your access to it.
• Republish the code or any substantial portion of it — publicly or privately — including posting it to TradingView, GitHub, Discord, Telegram, forums, paste sites, or a course or signal service.
• Share your TradingView account, your site account, or your invite with anyone else.
• Attempt to extract, decompile, reverse-engineer, screenshot-transcribe, or otherwise reconstruct the source of an invite-only script.
• Use the script or our materials to build or market a competing product.
• Remove or alter any copyright, attribution, or licence notice.

We retain all intellectual property rights in the scripts, indicators, documentation, guides, and site content. Nothing you buy transfers ownership of the code to you. This includes Custom Strategy Builds: you're paying for the build work and for perpetual access to the result, not for exclusive ownership of the underlying code or techniques.

If you breach this section, we may revoke your TradingView invite and terminate your account immediately, without a refund, and pursue any other remedy available to us.

4. Your account and your TradingView username

You need a free account with us and a TradingView username to receive invite-only access. You're responsible for:

• Giving us the correct TradingView username. It is case-sensitive and is not the same as your email address. If you give us a wrong, misspelled, or non-existent username, we can't deliver access, and we are not responsible for the delay.
• Keeping your account credentials secure and everything that happens under your account.
• Keeping your email address current so we can reach you.

If your invite hasn't arrived and you think we've got the wrong username, email support@propfirmpinescripts.com and we'll correct it. We will always fix a delivery problem. We will not refund one.

5. Free scripts and referrals

We give away free scripts (currently the Gold Pivot Signals indicator for gold futures) in exchange for an email address, and account holders can unlock the same script by sharing a referral link. Free means free — there's no payment, and equally there's no service-level commitment attached to it. Free scripts are provided as-is, we may change or withdraw them at any time, and the "It Runs" Promise in Section 8 applies to paid products only.

Giving us your email for a free script means you're opting into occasional emails from us. Every one of them has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing doesn't take away the script you already downloaded.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Current pricing is shown on the pricing section of our homepage. As of July 26, 2026 the subscription tiers are Starter ($24/month), Pro ($39/month), and the 4-Pack Bundle ($70/month). The Custom Strategy Build is a one-time $250 fee, not a subscription.

• Recurring charges. Subscriptions bill monthly, automatically, to your saved payment method, until you cancel. By subscribing you authorise that recurring charge.
• Payment processing. All payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Cancel anytime. Cancel yourself from the billing portal linked on your account page. No phone call, no retention gauntlet, no long-term contract.
• What happens when you cancel. Your access continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for. After that, your TradingView invite is revoked and the script disappears from your Invite-Only Scripts list.
• No partial-period refunds. We do not prorate or refund the unused part of a billing period. Cancel before your renewal date if you don't want to be charged again.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend or revoke access until it's resolved.
• Price changes. We can change pricing for future billing periods. If we raise the price of a plan you're on, we'll email you before it takes effect, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

7. All sales are final — no refunds

This is a binding term of this agreement, not marketing copy.

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds, credits, chargebacks-by-request, or cash compensation of any kind — for subscription payments, for partial billing periods, or for one-time Custom Strategy Builds. This applies whether or not you used the product, whether or not you passed an evaluation, whether or not you were profitable, and whether or not you changed your mind.

The reason is straightforward: this is a digital product delivered by granting you immediate access to private code, and a Custom Build is bespoke work performed for you specifically. Neither can be returned.

This is disclosed before purchase, on the checkout flow, and here. By completing a purchase you acknowledge it and waive any refund right you might otherwise have had, to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in this section limits any right you have that cannot legally be waived under the consumer law that applies to you.

If you're unhappy, email us before you file a chargeback. We'd rather fix it. Filing a fraudulent chargeback on a delivered product is grounds for immediate and permanent termination of access.

8. The 30-Day "It Runs" Promise

What we give you instead of refunds is a commitment about the software itself.

If, within 30 days of purchase, your script:

• doesn't compile in TradingView's Pine Editor, or
• doesn't load on your chart, or
• doesn't do what its description on this site says it does,

then email support@propfirmpinescripts.com with the details and we will fix it or rebuild it, free, at no additional cost, for as long as you're subscribed. That's the remedy. It is a repair-or-rebuild remedy, and it is the only remedy — it is never a cash refund.

To be explicit about what this promise does not cover, because it matters: it is not a guarantee that the strategy will be profitable, will win any particular percentage of trades, will pass a prop firm evaluation, will match a backtest, or will perform in live markets the way it performed historically. Losing money is not a defect. A strategy behaving exactly as described but producing losing trades is the software working correctly.

9. Not financial advice

Nothing on this site and nothing we sell is financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice, and we are not a broker, a registered investment adviser, or a commodity trading advisor. We do not manage your money, we don't know your circumstances, and we are not making a recommendation to you personally to buy, sell, or hold anything.

Our scripts are software tools. Every trading decision you make — which strategy to run, on what instrument, at what size, on which account — is yours alone, and you are responsible for it.

10. Risk, backtests, and past performance

Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than your initial investment. You should not trade with money you can't afford to lose.

Past performance does not guarantee or indicate future results. This applies to every backtest, equity curve, statistic, screenshot, and result shown anywhere on this site or in our emails.

Backtested and hypothetical results have inherent limitations. They're calculated with the benefit of hindsight, they don't involve real money or real risk, and they generally do not account for slippage, partial fills, data revisions, commissions and exchange fees in full, broker or platform outages, or the psychological reality of trading a live account. Live results routinely differ from backtested results.

We do not guarantee that you will pass any prop firm evaluation — Apex, Topstep, FTMO, MyFundedFutures, TakeProfitTrader, or any other — or that you will receive or keep funding, or that you will earn a payout. Evaluation rules, drawdown mechanics, and payout policies are set by those firms, change without our involvement, and are entirely outside our control. Any customer results, testimonials, or reviews shown on this site are individual experiences and are not typical, not verified by any third party, and not a promise of what you will achieve.

You are responsible for making sure the way you use our software complies with the rules of your prop firm, broker, and any automation platform you route orders through.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The scripts, indicators, guides, and site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond the "It Runs" Promise in Section 8. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We are not liable for trading losses. Not for losses on a live account, not for losses on a funded account, not for a failed or breached evaluation, not for lost evaluation or reset fees, and not for lost profits or missed opportunities.
• We are not liable for missed or delayed invites caused by an incorrect TradingView username that you supplied, by you having no TradingView account, by you not accepting the invite, or by you changing or deleting your TradingView username after we've granted access.
• We are not liable for third-party failures. That includes outages, bugs, rule changes, account closures, data errors, or policy decisions at TradingView, any prop firm, any broker, any order-routing or automation service (such as TradersPost), Stripe, our hosting provider, or our email provider. We don't control them.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Our total liability to you, for any and all claims combined, will not exceed the total amount you actually paid us in the 3 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions don't allow some of these exclusions. Where that's the case, the exclusions apply only as far as the law allows, and nothing here limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that can't lawfully be limited.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the scripts, your trading activity, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or of a prop firm's, broker's, or platform's rules.

13. Support and availability

This is a solo-operated business. Support is by email at support@propfirmpinescripts.com, and we aim to reply within one business day, but we don't guarantee a response time. Invites are granted manually, which is why they take up to 24 hours rather than being instant.

We may modify, improve, or update a script at any time — including changes that alter its behaviour — and we may retire a product. If we retire a product you're actively subscribed to, we'll email you and stop billing you for it.

14. Products in development

Anything on the site marked "coming soon", "planned", or "in development" — including our upcoming Indicators line — is a statement of intent, not a commitment. It's not for sale, it has no release date, and nothing you buy today entitles you to it. Don't purchase anything on the expectation of a future product.

15. Termination

You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing portal. We may suspend or terminate your access — without a refund — if you breach these Terms, redistribute our code, share your access, file a fraudulent chargeback, abuse our support, or use the service unlawfully. Sections 3, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 16 survive termination.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the business operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Before filing anything, email us. Most problems are solvable in one message.

17. The rest of the boilerplate

• Changes. We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will change, and material changes will be announced by email or on the site. Continuing to use the service or letting a subscription renew after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
• Severability. If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
• No waiver. If we don't enforce something immediately, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You can't transfer your account or these Terms to anyone else. We may assign them if the business is sold or reorganised.
• Entire agreement. These Terms, plus our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, are the whole agreement between us and replace anything said previously.

18. One honest disclaimer about this document

This is a plain-language agreement written by the operator of a small solo business. It has not been reviewed by an attorney, it is not legal advice to you, and you shouldn't treat it as a model for your own business. It's an honest, good-faith description of how this business actually works and what you're agreeing to when you buy. If any part of it is unclear, email us and we'll explain it in writing before you purchase.
